Job summary

SOFTSWISS is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join the Casino Platform team. You will test backend services, React-based applications, and integrations, designing effective test coverage to ensure reliable releases across the platform.

You will develop and maintain automated tests with Playwright or Cypress, investigate defects with developers, and help advance QA practices, including AI-assisted testing. English and Russian language proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in software testing across backend, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience testing React-based web applications and end-to-end flows.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of asynchronous systems.

Responsibilities

• Review functional requirements and technical design documents, providing feedback and identifying quality risks.
• Test backend and frontend functionality, including business logic, APIs, service integrations, and React-based applications.
• Design and execute test scenarios for new and existing functionality, covering functional, integration, and end-to-end flows.
• Develop and maintain automated tests using Java or TypeScript with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Test message-driven integrations using Kafka or RabbitMQ and validate asynchronous workflows.
• Investigate, document, and track defects through to resolution with developers.
• Analyse automated test results and improve test coverage and reliability with Automation QA team.
