Job summary

Conduent in Łódź, Poland, invites experienced RTR accountants to join our German-language Shared Services team. You will perform month-end close, strengthen general ledger accuracy, and support intercompany transactions in a multinational environment.

The role requires 5+ years in RTR/GL, SAP knowledge, and German at B2/C1. You will collaborate with stakeholders, provide financial insights, maintain COA, and help improve processes within strict controls.

Qualifications

5+ years of RTR/GL accounting experience.
Experience with MEC, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and financial reporting.
German language proficiency (minimum B2; C1 preferred).

Responsibilities

Perform Month-End Close activities including journal entries, accruals, provisions, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Support inventory accounting, fixed assets, depreciation allocation, intercompany transactions, and GL accounting activities.
Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to support business decision-making.
Maintain master data and Chart of Accounts in accordance with established controls and governance standards.
Ensure accounting activities are completed accurately and within agreed timelines while maintaining compliance with internal controls.
Participate in client meetings, process improvement initiatives, testing activities, and system implementations.
Maintain process documentation, SOPs, desktop procedures, and operational checklists.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and proactively manage client queries, escalations, and service delivery expectations.
