We are looking for two RTR Accountants* and three RTR Senior Accountants. As our specialist, you will be responsible for general accounting and fixed assets activities for EMEA scope. You will work with a team which will help you to gain new experience and broaden your RTR knowledge. Help us shape the future of automotive.

This role is within the EDS segment, and you will be joining that segment as it becomes its own entity, with a rich heritage and proven track record as a global leader in low and high voltage power and signal distribution systems. Your Role:
  • Preparing and processing journal entries (e.g. calculation and booking of accruals/provisions);
  • Recording fixed assets transactions (internal order, project creation and asset creation, capitalization, disposal, transfer, sale);
  • Processing of payroll files and payroll reconciliation;
  • VAT closing;
  • Adhering to a strict closing schedule;
  • Running standard closing processes such as but not limited to FX valuation, cost allocation, depreciation, reclassification;
  • Reconciling general ledger accounts;
  • Cross-checking and uploading financial reports into FDM/HFM;
  • Generating standard reports such as fixed asset register, CWIP, list of MJVs posted;
  • Analyzing and researching data on as needed basis to ensure accurate financial information;
  • Running Year End procedure and processing beginning balance adjustments;
  • Assisting in audit processes by providing/collecting requested documentation and additional explanation;
Your Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years* of hands-on experience in accounting roles. *(depends on position seniority)
  • Prior experience working with general ledger functions is required.
  • Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP software is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, is necessary for this role.
