Job summary

Electrolux Group in Kraków seeks an experienced RTR Accountant to support the Swedish market. You will ensure accurate financial records, deliver high-quality accounting services, and drive a smooth month-end close while collaborating with stakeholders and improving processes.

Based in our Kraków hub with a hybrid work model, you will report to the RTR Team Leader and support audits and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably RTR, GL, or Shared Services.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and month-end closing.
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and fixed assets.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP or other ERP systems.
• Excellent English communication; experience in multicultural environments is a plus.
• Full-time availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
• Manage fixed assets accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and reporting.
• Prepare and post month-end accruals, provisions, and journal entries.
• Execute period-end closing activities per deadlines and quality standards.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial data per SLAs.
• Prepare financial reports and support analysis of transactions and balances.
• Maintain and update process documentation, including maps and procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Electrolux policies, internal controls, GFSS guidelines.
• Participate in migration, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
