YOUR ROLE

As an RPA Senior Developer, you will implement, test and deploy Automation Software solutions and interpret and translate customer/client requirements into a technology solution. The role is essential in leading design, specification and selection of IT solutions, giving due consideration to functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance.

YOUR TASKS

• Implement, test and deploy Automation Software solutions.
• Interpret and translate customer/client requirements into a technology solution.
• Drive the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality and performance.
• Adapt to new technology/technical areas to enable better architectural solutions for customer requirements.
• Document & maintain best practices and development techniques.
• Build & maintain relationship with the stakeholders.
• Act as point of escalation for the client.
• Act as a mentor and team leader for the automation team, drive trainings and participate in recruitment activities.

YOUR PROFILE

• Higher education in IT or technically related.
• Around 2-3 years of development experience with RPA platforms, Blue Prism and UiPath, and object-oriented programming language.
• UiPath Document Understanding will be an asset.
• Ability to understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.
• Technical skills and experience necessary for independent realization of tasks in any phase of developing automation solutions (creation, modification, extension).
• Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
• Technical and interpersonal skills for coordination and reporting team activities.
• Very good English language skills in speaking and writing.
