Job summary

Atlas NextWave in Poland is seeking a Control Engineer / Operator to support safe energisation and operation of LV/MV/HV networks during construction and commissioning of a large-scale offshore wind substation. The role combines onshore and offshore responsibilities with project rotation.

You will lead switching, ensure electrical safety, coordinate outages, and maintain logs, contributing to grid reliability and project milestones starting October 2026 under a rotation schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven HV operations, switching and commissioning experience.
• Strong knowledge of permit-to-work systems and electrical safety rules.
• Minimum 3 years in onshore substation environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and control LV/MV/HV electrical operations.
• Plan and manage switching activities across the project.
• Monitor and report operational status via SCADA.
• Maintain control logs and switching records.
• Coordinate outages and grid interface meetings.
• Provide technical guidance on electrical safety.
