Ørsted invites applications for a Control Engineer role overseeing HV and LV electrical operations for the Baltica 2 offshore wind project in Ustka, Poland. Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for coordinating all high-voltage switching operations within Offshore Windfarm Baltica 2, located in Ustka. You will act as a Control Engineer according to Ørsted Electrical Safety Rules, overseeing SCADA systems, coordinating and executing switching operations, and managing fault resolution in SCADA and IT systems.
You’ll be part of Control Room team. Together with your colleagues, you will be controlling and managing all HV- and LV-electrical operations on site. Advise operationally on high voltage electrical installations to WTG, offshore substations and HV submarine cables. As a team, we prioritize safety and collaboration.

Baltica 2, with a capacity of up to 1.5 GW, is a joint investment by PGE and Ørsted. After commissioning in 2027, it will be the largest offshore wind farm in Poland, capable of supplying renewable energy to approximately 2.5 million households.
For this position, the expected base pay range is zł15,500.00- zł18,000.00 for the advertised location. The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated pay range to ensure a fair and competitive offer. Where applicable, you may also be eligible for variable payment and a comprehensive benefits package.
