Job summary

Semco Maritime A/S in Gdynia, Poland, is seeking an experienced High Voltage Electrical Engineer for offshore renewables. You will join the High Voltage Equipment team, drive designs, tests and commissioning of HV/MV equipment for offshore substations and EPC projects.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, hands-on experience with HV components and offshore projects, collaboration across teams, travel 10–30 days per year, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience designing high voltage components and offshore substations.
• Practical experience in installation, testing and commissioning of HV equipment.
• Understanding of offshore design requirements and project management.

Responsibilities

• Design, calculations and engineering of HV/MV equipment in EPC projects.
• Handle suppliers, negotiations and contracts with project team and procurement.
• Plan and attend FAT, HAT, SAT, commissioning and handover of projects.
• Develop, optimize and standardize technical solutions and participate in tenders.
