Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking Robotics Engineers to join our Engineering Competence Center, an internal unit focused on industrial automation projects. You will design and implement control systems and advance automation and robotization of manufacturing processes.

Your responsibilities include programming and commissioning robots, optimizing cycle times, and ensuring proper hardware/software integration. The role requires travel up to 60% of the year and residence in Poland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in programming and commissioning robots.
• Experience in programming KUKA robots.
• Fluent English level at B2; Polish language required.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the year; resident in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Prepare programs according to client specifications and standards.
• Commission robots on production lines (welding, spot welding, gluing, painting).
• Optimize process and production cycle times.
• Install and configure appropriate hardware and software options.
