Sii Poland seeks Robotics Engineers to join the Engineering Competence Center, focused on industrial automation and robotization. You will prepare programs, commission KUKA robots on production lines, and optimize cycle times in a hands-on role based in Poland.

The position requires at least 3 years of robot programming and commissioning experience, Polish fluency, and willingness to travel up to 60% of the year. Familiarity with PLCs is a plus; English proficiency at B2 is expected.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of experience programming and commissioning robots.
• Experience with KUKA robots.
• Ability to read and create technical and project documentation.
• Polish fluency required; English at B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Prepare programs according to client specifications and standards.
• Commission robots on production lines (welding, spot welding, gluing, painting).
• Optimize the process and production cycle time.
• Install and configure appropriate hardware and software options.
