Job summary

Sii is seeking Robotics Engineers to join our Engineering Competence Center, an internal unit focused on industrial automation projects. You will design and implement control systems and robotize production lines, with emphasis on welding, gluing, painting and related processes.

Responsibilities include programming and commissioning robots (notably KUKA), preparing programs per client specs, optimizing cycle times, and installing hardware and software configurations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of robot programming and commissioning experience.
• KUKA robot programming experience.
• Ability to read and create technical/project documentation.
• English language skills at B2 level.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the year.
• Knowledge of automation/robotics standards such as BMW GSC/TMO/VASS/INTEGRA/SCUBE/FAST.
• Must reside in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Preparing programs according to client specifications and standards.
• Commissioning robots on lines for processes such as welding, spot welding, gluing, and painting.
• Optimizing the process and production cycle time.
• Installing and configuring appropriate hardware and software options.
