Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Warsaw seeks a Manager, Regulatory Information Management & Innovation to support the RIM business lead. You will oversee system maintenance, releases, and collaborate with IT and SMEs to enhance processes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree, science/technology field preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant RIM or submissions experience.
• Proficient knowledge of global regulatory practices and submission guidelines.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.
• Ability to communicate with non-English speakers.
• Project management skills with timelines.
• Ability to assess risks and develop solutions.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled and automation capabilities in RIM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage business requirements; testing and UAT input.
• Lead UAT dry runs; approve test plans and summaries.
• Represent RIM Systems on roadmap projects.
• Maintain training artifacts and develop new deliverables.
• Provide SME input in process development workshops.
• Design and maintain user reports; respond to custom requests.
• Explore AI-enabled tools to support data quality and insights.
