Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb EU Policy is seeking an Associate Director of Regulatory Information Management & Innovation in Warsaw. This role partners with business and IT teams to design future releases, evolving platform functionality to meet Health Authority needs and vendor evaluations.

Responsibilities include leading system implementations, ensuring quality and compliance, and driving AI-enabled improvements across regulatory submissions while coordinating with global teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree, science / technology field preferred.
• 7+ years relevant RIM or submissions experience.
• Expert knowledge of global regulatory practices, submission guidelines and requirements.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
• Leverages project management methodologies to optimize portfolio, program, and project execution.
• Knowledge and SME in computer systems in an R&D environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains comprehensive knowledge of the assigned Regulatory Capabilities and/or Processes.
• Identify and track progress against key project milestones with business, quality and external providers.
• Engage with leadership from business case development through program delivery and ensure alignment on scope, schedule and benefits.
• Develop, deploy and maintain processes, procedures, and training in compliance with global quality standards.
• Lead evaluation, design, and adoption of AI-enabled capabilities across regulatory platforms.
• Define AI use cases, influence platform roadmaps, and oversee pilot‑to‑production deployments.
