Job summary

HID in Krakow is seeking an Electrical Engineer Intern to support maintenance and development of RFID products within a multinational hardware team. This role requires basic schematic understanding, familiarity with test equipment, and English communication; you will test, analyze datasheets, and assist with PCB development and tool creation.

Qualifications

• Active student status.
• Availability to work minimum 20h per week from the office, for at least 14 weeks.
• Good English, both written and spoken - because you'll be working in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct changes in product BOM
• Electrical and environmental testing of RFID devices
• Writing test reports
• Comparing electrical components to qualify as replacement
• Participate in troubleshooting for issues with existing products
• Development of support tools in form of small PCBs may occur (test tools, adaptors etc.)
• Preparing reworks
• Assembling/soldering support for engineering
