Job summary

HID is seeking an Electrical Engineer Intern in Krakow to support maintenance and development of RFID products within a hardware engineering team.

The role requires basic electronics knowledge and the ability to operate test equipment. You will contribute to BOM changes, testing, and documentation, with opportunities to work on PCBs using Altium LTSPICE. Flexible hours and a 14-week paid internship are offered.

Qualifications

• Active student status required for internship.
• Availability to work minimum 20h per week from the office for at least 14 weeks.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) for multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct changes in product BOM and assist in PCB development.
• Perform electrical and environmental testing of RFID devices.
• Write test reports and document results.
• Assist in component qualification and replacements.
• Troubleshoot issues with existing RFID products.
