Job summary

Aptiv Kraków is offering a paid internship in Electronics design. You will learn to follow safety standards, design automotive electronics, and build prototypes under supervision.

The internship emphasizes hands-on CAD and simulation work, collaboration with global teams, and a strong onboarding process with planned development opportunities within Aptiv's international environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electronics or similar is an asset.
• Master degree in electronics or similar is an asset.
• Practical skills in CAD and simulation tools are an asset.
• Good English skills (spoken and written).
• Communication skills are important.
• Team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Learn to follow existing Electronics & Safety standards in designing electronic devices.
• Design electronic devices for automotive applications, create design docs, calculations, simulations, prototypes.
• Execute tasks on time in compliance with Aptiv Kraków quality system.
• Participate in trainings to increase professional qualifications during internship.
• Collaborate with local and remote engineering teams.
• Participate in peer reviews and follow the Electrical Design Process.
• Support company image building and promote Aptiv.
• Secure confidential information and company property.

Job description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Learn to follow existing Electronics & Safety standards in designing electronic devices.

• Design electronic devices for automotive applications (create design documentation, carry-out circuit calculations and simulations, build and test prototypes) under supervision and according to given instructions and project guidelines.

• On-time execution of assigned tasks in compliance with the quality system valid for Aptiv corporation and Technical Center in Kraków.

• Active participation in trainings to increase professional qualifications during internship.

• Co‑operation with local and remote engineering teams.

• Active participation in peer reviews.

• Follow Electrical Design Process.

• Company image building and promotion.

• Secure confidential information and company’s property.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Engineering Degree in Electronics or similar would be an asset

• Master Degree in Electronics or similar would be an asset
