Job summary

HRK S.A. in Poland is seeking an experienced RF engineer to design, develop and optimize high-frequency circuits, modules and subsystems for commercial and defense-related applications.

You will lead impedance matching, S-parameter analysis and trusted signal-conditioning chains, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure robust integration. The role requires hands-on lab work, RF measurements with VNA and spectrum analyzers, and documentation across the full product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong RF/microwave fundamentals incl. impedance matching and S-parameters.
• Experience in RF circuit and subsystem design.
• Knowledge of high-frequency PCB design and controlled-impedance routing.
• Experience with RF simulation tools (ADS, AWR Microwave Office).
• Hands-on RF test equipment experience (VNA, spectrum analyzer).
• Ability to read English technical documents.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimize RF/microwave circuits and subsystems.
• Lead RF architecture development for senior roles; mentor juniors.
• Conduct simulations to validate designs and perform performance budgeting.
• Perform laboratory measurements, testing and tuning of RF hardware.
• Prepare technical documentation and design records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product integration and compliance activities (CE, FCC).
