The role blends simulation, measurement, and good engineering judgment to deliver RF solutions that work in real products. You will work at the intersection of electromagnetism, PCB design, and mechanical integration, turning requirements into antennas and RF solutions, and communicating changes clearly to

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of RF and antenna fundamentals.
• Strong understanding of electromagnetic waves and propagation.
• Experience with analog and high-speed digital electronics.
• Experience with transmission lines and impedance matching; Smith chart familiarity.
• Hands-on with full 3D EM tools (HFSS/CST/openEMS/EMerge).
• Practical experience with VNA and spectrum analyzer measurements.
• Good English communication for team/client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Work on RF projects including review, troubleshooting, and improvements.
• Design transmission lines, matching networks, and filters.
• Build prototypes and test fixtures; prepare samples for measurement.
• Measure S-parameters, impedance, power, harmonics, spurious emissions, bandwidth.
• Tune antennas with discrete networks on PCBs and in enclosures.
• Model antennas and RF structures in EM solvers and run sweeps/optimizations.
• Probe boards to localize EMC sources and propose fixes.
• Assist with pre-compliance sweeps and assess certification risk.
• Write measurement reports, review findings, and recommendations.
• Contribute to measurement methods, fixtures, test setups, and templates.
