Job summary

SQUAD Ukraine Limited is looking for an experienced Radio Frequency Engineer to join our team in Wrocław, Poland. The ideal candidate will evaluate and analyze RF front-end solutions, conducting validation measurements and simulating designs.

You will work with state-of-the-art RF technologies, maintain measurement equipment, and collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality deliverables. We offer competitive salaries, performance bonuses, and various professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of RF, Microwave, and Antenna principles.
• Proficient in electromagnetic simulation software (CST, HFSS).
• Experienced with RF measurement equipment (VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, etc.).
• Skilled in board bring-up.
• Understanding of conventional wireless systems for consumer electronics.
• Hands-on experience in antennas and PCBs prototyping.
• EMI/EMC certification/analysis knowledge.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct RF validation measurements and reports.
• Simulate and design RF front-end schematics.
• Estimate system-level noise emissions.
• Maintain measurement equipment and RF chambers.
• Document test processes.
• Review and analyze certification data.
• Communicate with counterparts.
