Job summary

Infor is seeking a Revenue Data Strategy Manager in Wroclaw to define and execute contact data strategies across Sales, Marketing, and Privacy teams. You will own the end-to-end contact data lifecycle, drive governance, quality, and automation, and partner with Revenue Operations and Technology to enable data-driven decisions.

As an individual contributor, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, evolve data strategies, and implement scalable solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Strategy, Data Management, Data Analytics, Marketing Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and revenue technology ecosystems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable operational solutions.
  • Experience working with data governance, process design, reporting, or business operations initiatives.
  • Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Managing project plans, risks, dependencies, communications, and stakeholder updates.
  • Developing documentation, best practices, and enablement materials that support adoption of new processes and capabilities.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert for contact data strategy, governance, and operational processes.

Description

The Revenue Data Strategy Manage r is responsible for defining and executing strategies that ensure Infor's revenue organization has access to accurate, compliant, scalable, and actionable contact data. This role owns the end-to-end contact data lifecycle, including acquisition, quality, governance, automation, retention, and process optimization. Working across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Revenue Technology, and Privacy teams, this individual will drive initiatives that improve contact data quality, expand contact coverage, support automation, and enable data-driven decision making. The role combines data strategy, analytics, project management, process improvement, and stakeholder management to support pipeline generation and revenue growth. This is an Individual Contributor role and does not include direct people management responsibilities.

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Strategy, Data Management, Data Analytics, Marketing Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and revenue technology ecosystems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable operational solutions.
  • Experience working with data governance, process design, reporting, or business operations initiatives.
  • Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM automation, AI-enabled workflows, or data management programs.
  • Experience with tools such as LeanData, CRMA, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn data solutions, Power Automate, or similar technologies.
  • Knowledge of contact data governance, retention, privacy, and compliance practices.
  • Experience leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and business functions.
  • Experience supporting data quality, reporting, process improvement, or operational excellence initiatives.
