Job summary

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield is seeking a Retail Project Manager to join the PMPS team in Poland, guiding stores from lease signature to opening. You will coordinate tenants, contractors and consultants, manage programmes and drive projects to successful completion while aligning with URW standards.

You will collaborate with Leasing, Investment Management, Technical Management and other colleagues to ensure timely, safe and sustainable project delivery across Europe’s premier retail destinations.

Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of retail projects from lease signature to store opening.
• Serving as primary contact for tenants, contractors and consultants.
• Managing project programmes, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinating review and approval of tenant design and technical submissions.
• Aligning stakeholders across Leasing, Investment Management, Technical Management and PMPS.
• Identifying risks and keeping projects on track.
• Supporting technical discussions during lease negotiations.
• Ensuring compliance with design standards, safety and sustainability.
• Contributing to process improvements and governance.
