Job summary

Xebia, a global AI-first engineering partner, seeks a Product Owner to lead the Retail Pricing domain. You will translate business and user needs into actionable requirements, own the product backlog, and collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to shape the roadmap and deliver value.

Ideal candidates have proven experience owning products end-to-end, strong analytical skills, and the ability to combine AI-powered approaches with SDLC practices. EU region work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role.
• Ownership across the product lifecycle.
• Translate business and user needs into clear requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Product Discovery and prioritization methods.
• Experience working with development teams, sprint planning, and refinement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize product requirements for the Retail Pricing domain.
• Own a product area across the lifecycle – from understanding the problem to delivery.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on pricing topics and roadmaps.
• Lead refinement and review sessions with the development team.
• Present product and development plans to clients and end users.
• Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings.
