  • Perform Accounts Payable operations: posting standard accounting documents, payments preparation.
  • Reconcile and post travel expenses.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and maintain accurate vendor records.

  • Assist in resolving queries within the scope of responsibility.
  • Participate in team and departmental projects.
  • Perform ad-hoc accounting and finance tasks.

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a 12‑month Accountant reporting directly to the Retail Team Leader. This is a local role based in Poznań. The position offers a great opportunity to gain experience in various areas of accounting, depending on your skills and interests, and to grow within an international finance environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform Accounts Payable (PTP) operations: posting standard accounting documents, payments preparation
  • Reconcile and post travel expenses
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and maintain accurate vendor records
  • Support daily Record‑to‑Report (RTR) and month‑end closing tasks
  • Assist in resolving queries within the scope of responsibility
  • Participate in team and departmental projects
  • Perform ad‑hoc accounting and finance tasks
Qualifications & Experience Required
  • Education: Master or other certification
  • Bachelor degree or recognized accounting qualification
Experience
  • Minimum 18 months of experience in the accounting role
Technical Skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Languages Skills:
    • Communicative French (B2 or higher)
  • Soft/Behavioral Skills:
    • High level of customer service
    • Willingness to learn and grow
