Job summary

Skanska Central Europe is seeking a skilled Architect to support residential product development from site assessment through construction. You will work with cross-functional teams to shape designs, manage approvals, and define finishes for sales offices and show apartments.

The role emphasizes collaboration, innovative use of digital tools and AI in design, and careful attention to cost, sustainability and quality. Warsaw-based with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong architectural design knowledge for residential developments.
• Experience managing administrative approval procedures.
• Understanding of design guidelines and construction standards.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders across disciplines.
• Experience with turnkey apartment delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess investment opportunities from architectural and regulatory perspectives.
• Support residential project design through all stages.
• Coordinate with development, land acquisition, sales and consultants.
• Develop design standards and evaluate building functionality and quality.
• Collaborate on showroom design and interior finishes for sales offices.
• Assist in turnkey delivery processes and material selection.
• Review sales docs for architectural alignment.
• Analyse market trends and share best practices.
