Job summary

ARROW Architects in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Project Lead to join the team. This senior role requires ownership of projects from early design through to completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and consultants, while ensuring high standards of design and delivery.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in architecture, proven leadership and experience on international projects or outside Poland. Fluent English is required. Location: Warsaw. Working model: Onsite, full-time.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience in architecture.
• Proven experience leading projects from concept through to completion.
• Strong experience in residential, office and/or mixed-use developments.
• Excellent understanding of the architectural process, from planning through detailed design and construction.
• Strong technical and design knowledge.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Ability to manage project programmes, priorities and deliverables.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working on international projects or outside Poland.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

Opis: ARROW Architects is looking for an experienced Project Lead to join our growing Warsaw team. This is a senior role for an architect with substantial experience who is ready to take ownership of projects and lead their delivery from the early design stages through to completion. The ideal candidate will be confident managing complex architectural projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and consultants, and acting as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. We are looking for someone who combines strong architectural judgement with the organisational, technical and leadership skills required to successfully deliver projects. We are looking for someone with:
