HireRight is seeking a fresh graduate to join our background screening team in Poland. You will verify educational and employment histories for clients, predominantly using English and Russian, and perform related communications and reporting tasks.

The role emphasizes strong written and verbal skills, attention to detail, and the willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is required and a permanent contract is offered.

• Must be based and eligible to work in Poland.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Strong computer skills, including online research, MS Office, and other applications.

Responsibilities

• Verify educational and employment backgrounds in dedicated countries for our clients using English & Russian daily.
• Make telephone calls, write emails, and use our systems to verify details and prepare reports.
• Support other areas of the business with translation of various documents.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for verifying educational and employment backgrounds of candidates in dedicated countries for our clients. You will use English & Russian daily.
• You will be making telephone calls, writing emails, and using our systems as well as conducting database checks to verify details and prepare reports.
• You will also be supporting other areas of the business with translation of various documents.

Qualifications
