HireRight is seeking a recent graduate to join our backgrounds verification team in Poland. You will verify educational and employment histories for clients in dedicated countries, using English and Dutch daily.

Responsibilities include telephone calls, emails, database checks, and translating documents. The role offers a permanent contract with a clear training plan, plus benefits, with remote or hybrid work options within Poland.

Qualifications

• Must be based and eligible to work in Poland.
• Very good command of English and Dutch.
• No prior experience required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills, including online research and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Verify educational and employment backgrounds of candidates in dedicated countries for our clients. You will use English and Dutch daily.
• Make telephone calls, write emails, and use our systems as well as conduct database checks to verify details and prepare reports.
• Support other areas of the business with translation of various documents.
• This position will be remote or hybrid within Poland.
