Job summary

HireRight is looking for a fresh graduate to join our team in Poland to verify educational and employment backgrounds for candidates in our client countries. You will communicate in English and Russian daily and use our systems to perform checks and prepare reports.

No prior experience is required. You will receive training and work in a supportive, fast-paced environment, gaining insight into corporate workflows and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be based and eligible to work in Poland.
• Very good command of English & Russian.
• No prior experience required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills, including online research, MS Office, and other applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Verifying educational and employment backgrounds of candidates in dedicated countries for our clients. Daily use of English and Russian.
• Making telephone calls, writing emails, and using our systems; conducting database checks to verify details and prepare reports.
• Supporting other areas of the business with translation of various documents.
