Nord Security is building a leading identity protection platform. We are seeking a senior Product Designer Leader to guide and inspire a team, while staying hands-on in wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity work across iOS, Android, and web.

You will partner with Product and Engineering, shape design strategy, and ensure a user-centric, cross-platform experience. Join Nord Security’s Coveron team and help define the design voice, mentor designers, review work, and stay ahead of industry

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product design with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio focused on app design across iOS, Android, and web.
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills to bridge design and development.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Designers fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Act as a hands-on designer, spending the majority of your time creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, leading by example and setting the quality bar through your own work.
• Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to drive design initiatives.
• Drive the overall design strategy and vision for the design team, aligning it with business objectives and Coveron brand guidelines.
• Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept to implementation, ensuring a user-centric approach and a seamless cross-platform user experience.
• Conduct regular design reviews, providing constructive feedback to the team to elevate the overall design quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously improve Coveron design standards.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs, translating them into actionable design strategies.
• Combine strong people management and leadership skills with a solid design background to foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Core Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in a product-focused environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful design projects with a focus on app design.
• Expertise in app design, with knowledge of best practices for iOS, Android, and web platforms.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between design and development.
