Job summary

DCG seeks a visionary research leader to shape and drive a forward-looking agenda across wireless, photonics, AI/HPC and future internet architectures. You will craft strategies, develop prototypes, and guide multi-disciplinary teams.

You will collaborate with academia, startups, and industry, translating research into network and infrastructure roadmaps while contributing to publications and IP. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Expertise in multiple areas (e.g. wireless, photonics, AI/HPC, distributed systems, future internet architecture).
• Experience in applied research, prototyping, or advanced tech development.
• Ability to bridge research, engineering, and business.
• Strong network in academia/industry.
• Very good command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong systems-thinking and architectural mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
• Curiosity, vision, and passion for deep tech.
