DCG is seeking an R&D Lead for Classical Communication & Compute to shape a forward-looking research program and drive cutting-edge prototypes and demonstrations. The role demands bridging research, engineering, and business while collaborating with global academia, startups, and industry leaders.

The candidate should have deep expertise in wireless, photonics, AI/HPC, and distributed systems, plus a strong architectural mindset and excellent English.

• Translate research into future network and infrastructure strategies


• Contribute to intellectual property generation, publications, and thought leadership

Requirements:
