Job summary

Goldman Recruitment - Executive Search / Search & Selection in Kraków is seeking a Reporting Operations Manager to lead a specialist regulatory reporting function, ensuring high-quality, accurate and timely reporting. This is a managerial role combining team leadership, operational oversight and stakeholder management with real impact on reporting processes and controls.

You will manage a team, coordinate with Technology, Risk and Compliance, and oversee governance, audits and external reviews.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of managerial experience in regulatory reporting.
• Experience in a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting processes and requirements.
• Experience with reporting controls, issue management and process improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with Technology and cross-functional teams.
• Very good command of English.

Responsibilities:

• lead and develop a team responsible for regulatory reporting,
• oversee the quality, accuracy and timeliness of reporting processes,
• ensure effective controls and processes are in place and continuously improved,
• manage reporting issues and coordinate their resolution with relevant stakeholders,
• monitor regulatory developments and support the implementation of required changes,
• cooperate closely with Technology, Risk, Compliance and other business functions,
• support reporting governance, audits and external reviews,
• act as a subject matter expert and key point of contact for regulatory reporting matters.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a managerial role within transaction or regulatory reporting,
• experience gained in a regulated financial services environment,
• strong knowledge of regulatory reporting processes and requirements,
• experience with reporting controls, issue management and process improvement,
• strong stakeholder management and communication skills,
• experience working with Technology and other cross-functional teams,
• strong analytical skills; experience with SQL and large data,
• sets would be an advantage,
• very good command of English.
