Your role

We are looking for a Reporting Developer to support the delivery of a reporting and analytics projects for our clients. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining reporting and analytics solutions that provide valuable business insights and support data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver dashboards, reports, and data visualizations while ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and performance.

Your tasks

• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Deliver reporting and analytics solutions as part of multiple projects for our clients.
• Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
• Develop and optimize data models, queries, and reporting solutions.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across reporting platforms.
• Support analysis of business and operational performance metrics.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to drive reporting improvements.
• Maintain reporting documentation and best practices.

Your profile

• At least 3 years of experience with reporting (Power BI, ServiceNow is a plus).
• Experience with business intelligence tools ( Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Querry, Power Apps development).
• Knowledge of SQL, data analysis techniques and enterprise data warehouses.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Deep knowledge about building and developing ETL processes (M language), Reports modeling (DAX), and familiarity with Azure Cloud solutions.
• Fluent German and English language skills (minimum B2/C1 level), with the ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ITSM reporting and KPI tracking is a plus.
