Qualifications

Your role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Report Developer to join our Corporate FP&A team. This role plays a key part in managing access to financial data models, ensuring data accuracy, and developing impactful reports and dashboards using Power BI. The ideal candidate will also support internal training initiatives and maintain financial documentation within Confluence.

Accountabilities
  • Power BI Reporting Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics.
  • Training & Support Deliver basic training sessions on Power BI and Excel to internal teams.
  • Data Integrity & Validation Conduct regular validations of financial and operational data across Power BI reports and models.
  • Access Management Administer and oversee user access to financial and operational data models and ensure security compliance.
  • Confluence Administration Maintain and update the Confluence knowledge base for financial procedures and reporting documentation.

What do you need to be successful in the role:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Previous experience in data analysis and/or financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with SQL and Confluence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
