Job summary

GF is seeking a Replenishment Planner to optimize stock levels across European warehouses and ensure timely distribution of purchased and manufactured items. The role collaborates with Demand Planning, Logistics, and Product/Project Managers to improve availability and data quality.

As part of the Replenishment Team, you will manage windchill tasks related to replenishment planning and support phase-in/phase-out item planning to secure new and replacement items.

Qualifications

  • Experience in replenishment planning or supply planning.
  • Understanding of inventory management and availability.
  • Experience with ERP/planning systems, reporting tools, or master data processes.
  • Higher education in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Release replenishment orders across Europe with correct timing and quantities.
  • Monitor KPIs: backlog, aging orders, inventory, safety stock and data accuracy.
  • Act as contact for replenishment risks & escalations within authority.
  • Support Production, Resale, Order Management and Customer Service on complex topics.
  • Manage availability issues and assist crisis resolution during supply disruptions.
  • Provide availability dates to Customer Service and Order Management on time.

Replenishment Planner

Location/Responsibility Area: Replenishment sites across Europe

Role Purpose

The Replenishment Planner is responsible for ensuring that purchased and manufactured items are distributed to the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantity. The role focuses on optimizing stock levels across European warehouses, supporting business continuity and resolving replenishment-related risks and issues in close cooperation with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Release replenishment orders to sites across Europe, ensuring correct timing, quantities, and destination sites.
  • Monitor and support achievement of key replenishment KPIs, including backlog, aging orders, inventory levels, safety stock fulfilment, past dues, and planning master data accuracy.
  • Act as a key contact for replenishment-related risks, issues, and escalations, resolving topics within the scope of authority and escalating when needed.
  • Support Production Planners, Resale Planners, Order Management and Customer Service with complex availability and planning topics.
  • Manage unforeseen availability issues and support crisis resolution when supply disruptions occur.
  • Provide availability dates to Customer Service and Order Management via the Replenishment Team Channel and respond to related tasks within agreed timelines.
  • Collaborate with Demand Planning, Logistics, Planning Data Analysts, Product/Project Managers, and other internal stakeholders to improve availability, master data quality, and planning accuracy.
  • Ensure timely completion of Windchill tasks related to the Replenishment Planning team.
  • Support phase-in and phase-out item planning to secure adequate availability of new and replacement items.
  • Oversee the progress of replenishment-related projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across teams and countries.
  • Logical thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to understand dependencies between demand, supply, stock levels, and customer availability.
  • Professional, well-mannered, and polished communication style, especially when handling urgent topics, escalations, or cross-functional discussions.
  • Structured and detail-oriented approach to daily tasks, follow-ups, and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of assigned topics.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to stay calm and constructive under pressure.
  • Collaborative attitude and ability to build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with systems, planning data, Teams channels, and task-based workflows.
Experience and Education
  • Previous experience in replenishment planning, supply planning, production planning, logistics, customer service, order management, or a similar supply chain role would be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, order flows, and availability management is preferred.
  • Experience working with ERP/planning systems, reporting tools, or master data processes is beneficial.
  • Higher education in supply chain, logistics, business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant practical experience may also be considered.
