Job summary

Astek is seeking a Solution Architect to remotely guide the evolution of Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue for a pharmaceutical client. You will translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions and serve as the highest escalation point for billing and revenue recognition challenges.

You will collaborate with Finance, Controllership, and IT, expanding and optimizing a live Zuora environment while ensuring business continuity.

Qualifications

At least 4 years of hands-on Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue in production.
Strong expertise in Zuora architecture and optimizing existing implementations.
Solid understanding of ASC 606 and IFRS 15 revenue recognition principles.
Experience with APIs, middleware, and complex integration data flow issues.
Worked with Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, or SAP in enterprise environments.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to Finance and Controllership.
Verifiable Zuora Solution Architect certification focused on Billing/Revenue.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and deploy pricing models, catalogs, and revenue rules in Zuora.
Expand and optimize a live Zuora environment while ensuring business continuity.
Act as Tier 3 escalation point for complex billing, rating, and revenue issues.
Translate finance requirements into scalable Zuora configurations.
Ensure seamless integrations between Zuora and CRM/ERP platforms.
Troubleshoot complex billing, revenue, and data-flow issues.
Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to evolve the Zuora platform.
