Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Zapier app, API calls, and webhooks.
• Proven experience building advanced workflows using Custom Actions and API Call Actions.
• Strong understanding of automation architecture and API integration.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote team environment.
• A dual-monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM).
• Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed.

Responsibilities

• Audit and analyze existing Zaps using the API Keys table.
• Rebuild and migrate Zaps using Custom Actions and API Call Actions.
• Ensure updated workflows are secure, efficient, and fully functional.
• Collaborate with tech and security teams to meet standards and document processes.
• Optimize workflows for long-term scalability and maintainability.
