Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Tr ench es / Web3 Frontend Developer in Poland to own critical trading UI across Solana and EVM. You will ship revenue-generating surfaces, optimize latency, and unify wallet experiences in a remote-first environment.

The role requires 3+ years in frontend with production Web3, cross-chain work, and strong ownership. You will collaborate closely with UX, backend, and DevOps in a compact engineering team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of frontend engineering with production Web3 or onchain products.
• Experience shipping real-money trading or onchain interfaces.
• Hands-on with Solana and EVM ecosystems; cross-chain parity desired.
• Knowledge of latency-sensitive UI, WebSockets, RPC streams, and backpressure.

Responsibilities

• Own the frontend experience for trenches trading across Solana and EVM.
• Lead end-to-end development of at least one revenue-generating surface.
• Improve latency-sensitive trading experiences and UI responsiveness.
• Unify wallet/signing/transaction flows across platforms with parity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a small autonomous unit.
• Apply AI-native methods to accelerate delivery while ensuring quality.
