Job summary

Flohealth is seeking a Video Editor to transform UGC into compelling short-form videos for TikTok and Snapchat. You’ll work with Creative Producers and UA, editing for attention in the first seconds and delivering high-volume assets with quick turnarounds.

The role requires 5+ years in motion design/video editing, a strong portfolio, After Effects mastery, and English proficiency. Hybrid/remote work with market-competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in motion design or video editing.
• Strong portfolio showing motion work, composition, typography and hierarchy.
• Experience creating short-form UGC content with a TikTok-first approach.
• Advanced skills in After Effects and the Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma.
• Understanding of CTR, conversions and retention in performance marketing.
• Ability to manage high-volume production in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using AI tools (Runway, Sora, Midjourney, ChatGPT).
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Edit UGC footage into short-form videos for TikTok and Snapchat.
• Create strong opening hooks with transitions, typography and motion.
• Collaborate with Creative Producers and UA to test variations and improve assets.
• Deliver high-volume quality assets with fast turnaround.
• Localise videos for different markets while following brand guidelines.
• Keep up with platform trends and native formats.
• Explore AI tools to streamline production workflows.
