Job summary

Flo Health is seeking a part-time, remote Freelancer Video Editor to turn UGC footage into engaging assets for TikTok and Snapchat. You’ll work with Creative Producers and UA, editing for rapid tests and fast iterations, with a focus on the first three seconds to capture attention.

The role requires 5+ years in motion design or video editing, a strong portfolio, and TikTok-first experience. Proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, and a familiarity with AI tools is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in motion design or video editing.
• Portfolio showing strong motion work and design fundamentals.
• Experience creating short-form UGC content with a TikTok-first approach.
• Advanced skills in After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite, plus experience with Figma.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CTR, conversion, and retention.
• Ability to manage high-volume production in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using AI tools such as Runway, Sora, Midjourney, or ChatGPT.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Edit UGC footage into short-form videos tailored to TikTok and Snapchat.
• Create strong opening hooks, using transitions, typography, and motion graphics where they improve the creative.
• Work with Creative Producers and UA to test variations, build on winning concepts, and improve assets that underperform.
• Deliver a high volume of quality assets with fast turnaround times.
• Adapt and localise videos for different markets while following brand guidelines.
• Keep up with platform trends and native formats.
• Explore AI tools to make production workflows more effective.
