Ruby Labs Ltd is seeking a sharp, user-focused UX Researcher to shape and improve the player experience. You’ll conduct research, uncover insights, and turn findings into clear product decisions, collaborating with Product, Design, and Data teams to ground decisions in real user needs.

In this role you will own research operations, analyze behavior with analytics tools, and translate insights into wireframes and prototypes.

Qualificações

2+ years hands-on UX research experience with impact
Proficient in Figma or Visily for wireframes and flows
Experience conducting moderated and unmoderated interviews
Familiar with analytics tools (Mixpanel/Hotjar/FullStory/GA)
Strong written and verbal communication in English

Responsabilidades

Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research across the player journey.
Analyze user behavior with analytics tools and heatmaps to identify friction.
Conduct competitive analysis of sweepstakes casino UX benchmarks.
Translate insights into wireframes and prototypes using Figma or Visily.
Develop and maintain player personas and journey maps.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to embed user insights.
Present findings clearly to stakeholders for actionable decisions.
Champion user-centered design and accessibility standards.
Proactively identify new research questions and improvements.
