Job description

If you enjoy understanding user needs, uncovering usability issues, and turning insights into meaningful website improvements, we’d love to hear from you!

We’re looking for someone who combines a strong UX mindset with analytical thinking and a practical approach to improving digital experiences. You’ll help us identify opportunities, facilitate discovery, run workshops, and translate research and data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve usability and support business goals.

Who are we looking for?
  • At least 1 year of experience in UX, web design, or a related digital product role
  • A strong UX mindset and a genuine interest in understanding user behavior, needs, and pain points
  • Experience conducting UX audits, usability evaluations, user interviews, and other discovery activities
  • Confidence in planning and facilitating workshops with clients and internal teams to define problems, align on goals, and explore potential solutions
  • The ability to turn research findings and business needs into clear, actionable recommendations and well-structured reports
  • Basic knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation
  • Experience working with analytics tools such as Hotjar, GA4, or similar platforms to identify friction points and understand user behavior
  • Familiarity with Design Systems and the ability to translate UX insights and requirements into wireframes and mockups using existing components and design standards
  • Good communication skills in English (B2+/C1)
  • Basic familiarity with agentic coding tools and AI-assisted prototyping workflows, such as Lovable, Claude, Codex, or similar tools
Nice to have
  • Visual design skills - we appreciate people who can go beyond gray rectangles and communicate ideas through polished, thoughtful interfaces
  • A data-driven approach to improving user experience and conversion rates (CRO)
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and the ability to identify common accessibility issues
  • Experience working directly with clients and presenting research findings or design recommendations
  • Familiarity with UX research methods, user journeys, and information architecture
What you’ll do

Your time will be split across three areas:

  • 15% workshops: planning and facilitating sessions with clients and internal teams to define problems, align on goals, and explore solutions.
  • 45% UX-focused design with existing Design Systems: turning insights into wireframes and mockups using established components, with a strong focus on usability, user journeys, and interaction design.
  • 40% discovery: user interviews, desk research, analytics, competitor analysis, and other research activities that inform design decisions.

Across these areas, you’ll:

  • Lead discovery activities to understand user needs, business objectives, existing challenges, and opportunities for improvement
  • Plan and facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams to align stakeholders, define problems, and identify potential solutions
  • Conduct UX audits and usability evaluations to uncover usability issues, friction points, and opportunities to improve user journeys
  • Analyze website performance, user behavior, and analytics data to identify areas for improvement
  • Translate research insights and business requirements into actionable UX recommendations and prioritized improvement plans
  • Prepare clear, structured reports that explain findings, support recommendations with evidence, and outline next steps
  • Plan and oversee website enhancements, collaborating with designers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the process
  • Work with existing Design Systems to ensure consistency and usability across digital experiences
  • Support CRO initiatives by identifying hypotheses, contributing to A/B testing ideas, and evaluating opportunities for experimentation
  • Consider accessibility and inclusive design principles when evaluating and improving digital experiences
  • Explore AI-assisted tools and prototyping workflows to support discovery, communicate ideas, and speed up the validation of potential solutions
What we offer
  • Interesting design projects focused on usability, user needs, and measurable business impact
  • A remote-first, async-friendly work environment
  • An open feedback culture, direct communication, and a collaborative team
  • 145 hours per month is our full-time schedule, meaning fewer working hours than a traditional full-time setup. Part-time cooperation is also possible
  • A B2B contract with a private healthcare add-on
  • Access to our Amazon book library
