EverAI Limited seeks a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own safety features across platforms. You will translate policies into product requirements, build moderation capabilities, and partner with Engineering, AI/ML, Legal, and Support to reduce risk.

You’ll lead initiatives on EverGuard, third-party integrations, dashboards, and QA, ensuring scalable, human-first safety while enabling compliant product growth in a global audience.

Competenze

• Ability to translate safety policies and legal requirements into product requirements and metrics.
• Experience shaping content moderation strategies and AI guardrails for consumer platforms.
• Worked with trust & safety, compliance, and engineering teams to implement safeguards.
• Strong cross-functional communication across engineering, legal, operations, and support.
• Comfort with AI tools and evaluating third-party integrations for safety posture.
• Proactive in ownership, ambiguity tolerance, and delivering measurable improvements.

Mansioni

• Translate safety policies and legal requirements into product requirements, acceptance criteria, and engineering work.
• Own the product side of improvements to in-house moderation systems and EverGuard integration.
• Lead technical and product lifecycle of third-party safety partnerships and integrations.
• Establish dashboards and QA processes to proactively identify safety issues.
• Coordinate testing and remediation for adversarial usage and edge cases.
• Run dedicated Trust & Safety reviews for new features and M&A changes.
