Job summary
Shapely is seeking a Training & Onboarding Analyst to shape the experience of every new hire. This remote role, based in the Philippines, will ensure new team members are fully trained and technically enabled from day one across EMR/EHR, telehealth tools, and collaboration platforms.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in training/onboarding, strong English communication, and the ability to work across multiple time zones.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in training, onboarding, HR ops, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency with EMR/EHR and telehealth platforms.
- Advanced English communication (oral and written).
- Nice to have video recording/editing experience.
- Able to learn new systems quickly and work across time zones.
Responsibilities
- Lead live training sessions for new hires on core platforms.
- Guide new hires through forms, workflows, and onboarding tasks.
- Set up accounts and access, route IT issues as needed.
- Maintain LMS content, SOPs, guides, and quizzes.
- Create training materials including videos and slides.
- Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex ones.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, Ops, Clinical, and Support across time zones.
- Support additional training initiatives across teams as needed.
