Job summary

Holafly is seeking a Telecommunications Testing & Monitoring Engineer to establish and operate the testing framework measuring connectivity across our global mobile network footprint. You will design automated and manual tests, validate roaming, eSIM, and multi-IMSI behavior, and drive proactive assurance with alerts and documentation for SLA reviews.

The role requires hands-on experience with roaming testing platforms (SIGOS/Mobileum) and strong troubleshooting skills to ensure go-live

Qualifications

Experience in Mobile Telecommunications across Network Engineering, Roaming, NOC, Service Assurance, Testing, IREG, or Service Delivery.
Hands‑on with SIGOS/Mobileum or equivalent roaming testing platforms and reporting.
Experience with IREG and international roaming testing across 3G/4G/5G networks.

Responsibilities

Own and operate network testing and monitoring platforms, including SIGOS/Mobileum or similar tools, with test SIMs, campaigns, scheduling and reports.
Design and execute automated, manual, and IREG testing across global operators for 2G–5G and roaming.
Troubleshoot using signalling traces, packet captures, MAP/SS7, Diameter, GTP, DNS, and GRX/IPX.
Validate roaming, eSIM, and multi-IMSI behaviour, including IMSI selection and service availability.
Build alerts and documentation to support SLA reviews and partner discussions.
