Job summary

Holafly seeks a seasoned Regional Manager of Network Operations for Europe to lead incident management across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, safeguarding service continuity for global connectivity.

You will own end-to-end incident lifecycle, coordinate with MNOs and core-network vendors, and mentor a 5–10 engineer team, driving RCA and network improvements to ensure high availability.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Mobile Telecommunications.
• Strong knowledge of LTE/5G roaming architectures and related signaling.
• Proven incident-management and restoration leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end incident lifecycle for Holafly’s connectivity services.
• Act as Incident Commander for major network incidents.
• Lead and mentor a team of 5–10 Network Operations engineers.
• Own live roaming and core-network services including Diameter/DRA/HSS, GTP-C/GTP-U, PGW/PCRF, APN/DNS, IPX/GRX, routing and 4G/5G.
• Drive RCA and permanent corrective actions for major incidents.
• Monitor network performance using KPIs and ensure seamless handover between regional teams.
