Job summary

Hitachi Energy Kraków is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join our engineering team focused on building large-scale wireless networking solutions.

You will design and maintain automated test environments, execute test scripts for LTE/4G/5G systems, and collaborate with developers in a SCRUM process to ensure robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in test automation with Python/Pytest.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience designing and implementing test cases and test plans.
• Experience with cellular networking technologies, including LTE/4G, 5G.
• Communicative level of English.
• Hands-on experience working in engineering or test laboratories.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation features and regression suites.
• Execute and script test cases for network and energy products.
• Collaborate with development team on problem characterization and early design validation.
• Participate in project planning, execution, testing and R&D activities in SCRUM.
• Test and troubleshoot LTE/4G and 5G systems.
• Build, configure and maintain lab test environments for networking and embedded devices.
