Job summary

CHILI publish is seeking a Technical Team Lead to guide a small group of engineers in Kraków. You will shape software architecture, drive best practices, and champion AI tooling to accelerate delivery.

You will mentor developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure high-quality implementations across C#, .NET, frontend, and cloud services. English proficiency is required; remote-friendly with European time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms and proven ability to work with remote teams.
• Working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor a small team of C# developers, ensuring growth and code quality.
• Lead design and architecture of software solutions and promote best practices.
• Champion the use of AI tools to boost delivery speed and quality.
• Plan and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
• Address and resolve technical issues during development.
• Foster collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of architecture and processes.
• Contribute to resource allocation from the team’s perspective.
• Foster a positive team dynamic.
