Job summary

SINGU is seeking a .NET Software Engineering Tech Lead to own both the tech direction and the team in Kraków, Poland. You’ll drive architecture, oversee a front-end rewrite to Angular, and foster AI-assisted development across the group.

You’ll work hands-on with .NET 10, C# 14, Angular/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL, partnering with a Product Manager and Product Designer as equal stakeholders in delivery and quality. English fluency is required for client interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a software engineering team.
• Proven ability to define and defend architecture decisions.
• Hands-on software development with .NET/C#/Angular tech stack.
• Experience embedding AI tools into a team's workflow.
• Excellent communication with clients in English.

Responsibilities
