Job summary

Kraken is seeking experienced recruiters to support Tech hiring globally, operating in a fully remote, async-native culture. You will partner with senior stakeholders to craft strategic hiring plans and execute them with speed and precision, navigating a ruthlessly competitive market to attract mission-aligned top talent.

You will design data-driven hiring strategies, develop creative sourcing, own the end-to-end process, and work with AI tools to optimize outputs.

Qualifications

• Tech recruiting experience at fast-growing, high-bar tech/product firms.
• Ability to use AI tools for sourcing, screening, market mapping, and reporting.
• High energy, proactive, and comfortable working in async, remote environments.
• Strong product sense and bias for action in talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute hiring strategies with data and market insights.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing plans for prioritized roles.
• Own end-to-end recruitment process, removing blockers to hires.
• Collaborate with AI tools to speed up sourcing and screening.
